Kunj Patel

Ms. Patel graduated with a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. During her time at Embry-Riddle, she gained project experience in the medical device field with multiple projects that aimed to improve patient’s lives. She continued onto her career path by working for a start-up that specialized in patient-specific implants. There she was able to learn more about the medical device industry and gained experience in quality management, business operations, product development, marketing and more. In working for multiple start-ups, she has learned to adapt to multiple roles to reach common goals.

Ms. Patel joined Parvizi Surgical Innovation as a Project Manager assisting in the CLEU Diagnostics projects. In the months that she has joined the team, she has been able to learn from industry leaders to further understand medical devices in a start-up environment and meeting the common goal of improving the lives of patients through innovation.
