Ashish Parikh

Mr. Parikh joined Quiq Capital, a Private Credit Fund, as a Principal in 2024 and currently works on all aspects of loan originations and underwriting and is a member of the Fund’s Investments and Credit Committee.

Mr. Parikh joined Hersha Hotels & Resorts in 1999 and currently serves as a Senior Advisor.  Over his 25-years with Hersha, he was the Chief Financial Officer and provided financial and strategic oversight that was instrumental in the management, financing, development, and acquisition of over $3 billion of hotel real estate.

Prior to joining Hersha, Mr. Parikh was an Assistant Vice President in the Mergers and Acquisition Group for Fleet Financial Group where he developed valuable expertise in numerous forms of capital raising activities including leveraged buyouts, bank syndications and venture financing. Mr. Parikh has also been employed by Tyco International, Ltd. and practiced as a Certified Public Accountant with Ernst & Young LLP.

He received his Master in Business Administration from The Stern School of Business at New York University (NYU) and Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

He is currently a board member of the Parvizi Surgical Innovation, M&T Bank Directors Advisory Council, the Center for Real Estate Finance at NYU’s Stern School of Business, The United Way of Philadelphia and the Philadelphia Real Estate Council.
